“For if a law had been given that could give life, then righteousness would indeed be by the law.” ~Apostle Paul (Galatians 3:21)

Righteousness does not come to a nation through its laws or its courts. Rules only result in temporary subjugation, as evidenced by our over-crowded prison system. That’s why the Apostle Paul wrote, “For if a law had been given that could give life, then righteousness would indeed be by the law.” (Galatians 3:21) No, righteousness comes to, and through, the individual heart. Societies are changed by the changing of hearts, not laws. While others are exhausting their energies trying to weight the Supreme Court in their favor, I say to those who wish to bring light to the darkness and true righteousness to their nation, let us busy ourselves with inspiring people’s hearts with the fruit of the spirit which is “love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23)
